The park covers 20 hectares (200,000m2) for 6 pitches (2 yurt rentals, 1 tinyhouse rental, 3 free pitches).

All pitches are by the 2-hectare POND (Soisy Bouy 77650).

THE 1ST LOCATION IS IN SOISY-BOUY ON THE EDGE OF A POND IN THE FULL NATURE: = THE POND

THE 2ND LOCATION IS IN BANNOST WITH MORE COMFORT: = BANNOST VILLAGE

All this in a wild and natural setting with many animals (ducks, geese, game, coots, moorhens, etc.).

This is a natural area and nature reserve where migratory ducks stop over.

We ask you to pay particular attention to the preservation of this area.

For your information, dogs are not accepted at the pond. For any special requests, please contact us on 07 68 72 02 79.

A magical natural setting

In this exceptional location, we offer a wild and natural campsite that's as close to nature as possible, classified Natural zone of ecological, fauna and flora interest (ZNEIFF)

It's designed above all for nature lovers (if you're looking for comfort and a 3-star campsite, this is not the place for you. 

Nevertheless, the tinyhouse is the most comfortable accommodation on the site (hot water, solar panels).

The site is classified as a nature reserve, as it is home to local wildlife and migratory birds such as ducks, geese and swans.

You'll also see wild boar, deer, foxes, coypu, beavers, badgers, coots, moorhens, cormorants, herons, frogs and more...

In the water, you'll find: carp, pike (over 1m), sturgeon, perch, bream, roach, blackbass, anodonts...

Above all, respect the environment: no litter is accepted, please take your garbage cans with you, keep noise to a minimum, no chemical products are tolerated (chemical toilets, industrial soaps, non-biodegradable washing-up liquid are to be avoided).

This is to avoid disturbing the surrounding natural environment, and to make the most of it.

We work to maintain biodiversity by recycling old monocultures into natural, varied forests.

An unusual night: Tinyhouse rental

If you're looking for an unusual night's sleep in an atypical setting, you've come to the right place!

Our 6m by 2m50 tinyhouse was self-built from wood and eco-friendly materials on a participative site from November 2020 to May 2021.

An unusual weekend or more

Would you like to get away for a weekend or a week's vacation? This tinyhouse is perfect for longer stays because it offers more comfort than other accommodations and will meet your wishes as a family or as a couple, young and old alike will appreciate this return to nature 1 hour from Paris accessible by public transport!

We provide all our tenants with a boat, so you can enjoy this idyllic setting with your loved ones or friends on the water. 

Description of the Tiny-house

Inside:

• The tiny house is powered by rainwater or treated pond water.
• Electricity via 360W solar panels in 12v and 230v (converter)
• Equipped kitchen (Gas)
• Dry toilet and shower
• Double bed on the mezzanine
• Sofa bed on the ground floor.
• Fridge (connected to the solar panel)

Outside:

• Terrace
• Shade sail
• BBQ
• Outdoor table
• Campfire
• 2 deck chairs
• Please note that no commercial products are authorized, if necessary we will provide you with an ecological soap free of charge

Sleeping accommodation:

The tiny house has 3 beds: a double bed and a single bed.
We provide you with: duvets, mattress protectors, pillowcases, pillows.

Optional bed linen and towels:

• The sheet kit is optional and includes:
• a fitted sheet
• 2 pillowcases.
• Towel rental is optional
• In accessories, you can rent the number of sheet kit(s) you want and the number of towels you want.
